Let’s Relax: How Emotional Health and Social Support Contributes to Strength of Immune System and Well-Being

This class will meet ONLINE using Zoom.

Anxiety, depression, confusion, sadness, and anger are common emotions to us all in times of stress.

Psychologist Dr. Nancy McKay will talk with us about how we can take control of our mental and emotional health and build our support system, which can contribute to the strength of our immune system and well-being.

In addition, our loved ones get a “cancer” too, as they have the same issues we have from a different perspective.  We need their support, but also can offer some comfort to them as well.
