All New! Come join Cathy Johnson for Free, Weekly In-Person Chair Yoga classes! Chair Yoga incorporates stretching, strengthening and awareness practices, all done in a seated position.
This is a beginner’s class. No prior experience is required, all levels of health are welcome, and the classes are available to patients, caregivers, cancer survivors, as well as any professionals working with cancer patients.
Space is limited to 15 people, so you must pre-register. We cannot take walk-ins.
