GENTLE EXERCISE – Online

This class will meet ONLINE using Zoom

Research suggests that cancer survivors who exercise regularly may feel better, have less fatigue, and experience fewer symptoms after treatment compared to those who do not get regular exercise.  When you are looking to start an exercise program or modify an existing routine it can be challenging to know where to begin.  Dr. Elise Pearce is a physical therapist who will guide you safely through gentle exercises appropriate for your needs and abilities.

Offered both in-person (see calendar) and online.

ONLINE considerations: Please have the following items close by: Find a spot where you have a strong wi-fi signal, minimal background noise and space for you to move around. Log on 5-10 minutes before the start time. Place your screen and yourself where you can best see Elise and she can see you.
